Featuring a selection of illustrations from the book "A Visit to the Monastery" by Pamela Hutchings, this card set is a collection of peaceful, serene scenes from an Orthodox monastery. Each illustration was handpainted by Marian Adams with watercolor paints on Arches watercolor paper.

Though the monastery in the book is fictional, many of the illustrations are based on photos from St Barbara's Monastery in California. To support this monastery, a portion of the proceeds from each card sale will be donated directly to them!

This set includes 12- 4.25" x 5.5" notecards with accompanying envelopes made from recycled paper. They are blank inside, and the back includes a brief description of the origin of these illustrations. Each of the 12 cards has a different illustration.

You can use the cards for any occasion, and the print quality is so good that you can even frame them!

The book these illustrations are from, “A Visit to the Monastery,” is expected to be released this summer.
