A set of 40 cards with a Scripture reading each day to guide your family through each day of the Nativity Fast. Readings take your family from the Annunciation of the Theotokos to the arrival of the wise men.

This set of cards works perfectly with our *large* advent calendar OR as a stand-alone advent calendar (all you need is a piece of string or ribbon and clips to hold the cards on the string). They are numbered 1-40 for the 40 days of the Nativity fast (beginning November 15 Gregorian calendar).

Use them with the advent calendar by placing the cards in the corresponding pocket, and reading the verse each day as we journey to Christmas! Alternatively, hang them up on a string and turn one around each day until you have the entire nativity story to read on Christmas!

These cards work for both Old and New calendar.
